What's Scarier Than a Vagina?
A vagina stuck to a burns victim's face of course!
That's assuming that all vaginas have teeth. Going on personal experience I have no reason to believe otherwise.

The vagina-face I can understand, but why is the man inside the floor?
It could just be the least realistic, most still and shiny water/oil/something on current consoles, though...
